Hello Friends. You are likely here to see if the tree farm has reopened, and we're sorry to say we have not. But we are still thinking about trees. These days Owen dreams of Carpathian Walnut trees. One could never fault him for nearsighted dreams.
The Goslin's Greenery tree farm was open from approximately 1990 or so through the 2019 season. Goslin's Greenery had made wreaths and garland for Northern Michigan storefronts for many years before that, starting in about 1980 out of our house in Cross Village. A few of our early customers' businesses have closed, but our family is still happy to support our earliest customers The Rocking Horse Toy Company, American Spoon, among many other independent businesses in Petoskey and Harbor Springs.
This holiday season, consider purchasing your greens and garland from one of our many local farms or nurseries. Northern Michigan will only continue to grow and thrive as we support our neighbors and local farms.
...Green is a solace
a promise of peace, a fort
against the cold (though we
did not say so) a challenge
above the snow’s
hard shell. ...
