Cut Your Own Christmas Trees
Our farm is located in the scenic rolling hills overlooking Crooked Lake. Because of the terrain, our farm is quite a bit different than other, more conventional tree plantations you may have seen: instead of perfectly straight rows of trees (like a cornfield), our trees follow the natural contours of the land, and you will see larger trees interspersed with smaller ones. The result is a more natural environment, resembling a miniature forest of trimmed Christmas trees. We encourage you to take your time, perhaps bring a camera, and look closely for that special Christmas Tree waiting for you.
The Details: Available trees include Blue Spruce, Balsam, and Fraser Fir, between 5-20 feet. We provide hand saws and sleds for visitors who wish to cut their own tree. All vehicles and trailers must remain at the barn in the front of the property. If you plan to cut your own tree be prepared to spend some time walking around the farm - and remember to dress appropriately for the weather!
Tip: We encourage you to arrive earlier in the day so you aren't rushed. Because of the early winter sunset, we don't allow you-cuts after 4:30.

Pre-cut Christmas Trees
Looking for the perfect tree, but not interested in cutting your own? No problem -- pre-cut Fraser fir trees (between 6-8 feet tall) are available, conveniently located by the barn and next to our parking.
Pre-cut Balsam, Canaan, and Fraser Fir trees (4-8 feet tall) - aka "Charlie Brown" trees - are also available.
Live Potted Trees
We offer several varieties of live trees, between 3 and 7 feet tall. These can make a wonderful outdoor Christmas tree, which you can then plant in your yard in the spring.
Even in the winter, trees need water. Make sure you understand how to care for your potted tree before leaving the farm.
